At Koral Bros. we combine vision, integrity and respect for residential design with intelligent building practices to ensure superior results. The most prestigious regional and internationally renowned architects and designers rely on us to convert their vision to reality. We are honored to be known as "The Architects' Builder." We continue to earn praise from the architectural community for our record of meeting and exceeding the most complex demands with creative solutions.

For four generations we have built our business to ensure complete client satisfaction. Here are some of the investments we made to ensure that every project is a success:

  • Resources and experience to expedite every job
  • On-staff supervisors, foremen and carpenters
  • In-house woodworking shop
  • Well-staffed office providing administrative support
  • Continuous review of all phases of construction
  • Post-construction support
The Koral Service Department maintains and services our customers' homes.
General Contracting:
From shingle style to ultra-modern, we work closely with architects to achieve excellence in executing new construction and renovation, including accessory structures, outbuildings, and landscape and hardscape enhancements.

Service Division:
Few firms on the East End offer complete post-construction support. We do - to satisfy homeowners' needs for maintenance and minor renovations long after the project is completed. Some of our Service relationships date back over 30 years.

How We Work:
At Koral Bros. our business is focused on client satisfaction. We believe there should be no surprises at any point in each phase of construction.

We provide a detailed cost estimate for every project, and provide real-time updates. It is one more way we work to ensure total client satisfaction before, during and after each job.

We are proud to say that our clients thank us for making their project an enjoyable experience. And the feeling is always mutual.
